TEAM CT CHANGES:

Due to period subbing and staff absences we are making some changes to team meetings.  Team meetings will be scheduled by each team and run by the professionals on team, the teachers.  This will provide more flexibility for teams to meet.  They will no longer be run by instructional specialist or instructional coach.  We will continue to provide the quarter checklist and will be monitoring the completion of the tasks on the checklist.  Please be sure to document on the quarter checklist the completion of tasks.  You may request for the IS or IC to attend your team meeting if you need them.  Our focus will be shifting to attending the department CTs to provide guidance, resources and support for instruction.

We have 2 schedule safety practice drills planned for the rest of October:

Do you have a SHOUT OUT for a fellow colleague?

From David P: THANK YOU, Mikkel, for supporting my students and me by ordering supplies, setting up P.O.'s, submitting work orders, setting up meetings, and handling other school-related minutia quickly and with a smile! We're very lucky to have her as part of the MEMS' Family!

From Ben K: Big thanks to our band leader Tim McKay for covering the backend of my 10th hour so I could attend a doctor's appointment!!
