Tier 2 Referral- From Jenn

REMINDER:  Please remember to input your Tier 2 behaviors into Synergy in BOTH "Student Incident" and "Notes" before or after sending them to me.

I am seeing discrepancies between the data entries I input in my various tracking systems and the students' "Incident" logs in Synergy.  Tracking this is a wonderful way to communicate trends (up and down) with parents on the phone and at conferences.  We need this data to be consistent in our system, so thank you for remembering to do this.

         LEARNING WALKS:

As you know we have been doing learning walks since the second week of school.

For Quarter 2 Our Goal is 1 feedback form per teacher each week.  This goal is in line with our Project Momentum plan.

OVER 10% thresh hold:

Do you have a SHOUT OUT for a fellow colleague?

From Morgan C: Huge shoutout to Jen in RP! She has gone above and beyond helping not only with tier 2 behaviors, but working with students in my class on academic avoidance to help them get on the right track!!

From Kristin: I would like to shout out the wonderful paras that we have at MEMS, who work so hard and give so much to our students.  They are always running in different directions to support a student and a classroom.  We are lucky to have the team of paras that we do!

From Emma: HUGE shoutout to Daphne and David for helping me make the medals for cross country! They looked amazing and our runners loved them!

From David P:  Huge shout out to Aaliyah, Melvin, and Oscar for modeling absolute PROFESSIONALISM for our students. I have never worked in a school as fresh, clean, and orderly as MEMS. AND, on top of that, they are the NICEST three humans around! It's impossible to express how much better each day is for our students, staff, and parents because of their positivity and hard work!

From Beth C: The PEP assembly was the best pep assembly ever! Thank you to our FABULOUS Electives teachers!
